Thomas Eye Center

I had been going to the same eye doctor for 15+ years, but had to switch due to an insurance issue, and I'm so happy to have gone to Thomas Eye Center! From being able to book my appointment online (and receiving a call back confirming that very same day) to the day of my appointment, my experience was fantastic. The staff is very friendly and efficient. Emma, my optometric tech was really nice and did a great job with getting my history and doing the prelim tests. The ladies at the front, specifically Kennedy & Ashley were lovely too. Dr. Abu was great - patient, kind, and took his time to explain everything clearly. Overall, would highly recommend! The office is also very nice inside.

Absolutely fantastic! Top notch service. So many staff members with smiles on their faces to help. You can go from start to finish beginning with an exam and leaving with perfectly fitting glasses. Dr. Abu was excellent. He saw our two kids and was SO helpful, accommodating, friendly, patient. All the things! HIGHLY recommend!

I was given a same day appointment which made me happy. The Staff was very friendly and courteous and Dr seemed nice. But I was very upset when I checked out that I was charged $70 more than I was told supposedly because the doctor gave me two sample contacts to “try” for a few days before he “can finalize my prescription”. . I have insurance which covered what it was supposed to and I was prepared to pay the extra $60 for the contact exam but NOT the other $70!! So with insurance I paid $130 and I still don’t have my prescription “finalized”. I have to call back in 3-4 days and tell them how the samples work for me. I don’t have a problem with trying the new strength to get the results and calling back in a few days but the samples given to me should have not been an extra cost if th

very clean, staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond, staff are all knowledgeable and answers questions quickly and acuity. they have updated/well cared for equipment, staff and Dr.s are very well acquainted and readily answer questions about the equipment and in general. I have diabetic retinopathy, and and have gone to several Dr.'s and Dr. Thomas, (whom I have seen for several years) come the closest to getting my vision the best. (I have \20/20 vision in my left eye, and 20/60 in my rt. eye). I have to get eyeball steroid injections every 6 weeks. Dr. Thomas comes the closest to truly getting my vision "normal". Thanks to All of you & your staff!

I have been a patient at Thomas Eye Center for over 10 years. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. Always efficient and I am never waiting long which makes me feel appreciated. The doctor and techs always listen to any concerns and explain any recommended tests. I love that they offer recycling for my daily contacts. I highly recommend them for you eye care.
