I’ve been using Thomas Drugs for a long time now, and they’ve always treated me with care and respect. The staff remembers regular customers and is happy to help with questions. It feels good to rely on a pharmacy that genuinely values its customers.

Thomas Drugs has been a lifesaver for my parents healthcare needs! The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. From filling prescriptions to answering our questions, they've consistently provided top-notch service. Highly recommend! The have been in the business for ever .

Incredibly rude service at the checkout counter. The reason we pay 10% or more over what online sales would cost is for that warm customer service we get in local shops. Go somewhere else if that’s what you’re looking for because you won’t get it here. I greeted the sales clerk and received no response. Then he grunted at me to do something to complete the tap to pay transaction and had to finally use actual words to tell me what it was he needed. No thank you. No goodbye. This is my second such encounter here and will be the last time I spend my money there.

Bait and switch practices, rude clerk. Item came up for more then marked, I pointed it out and said hey it’s fine this time but just do you know, that’s actually illegal. Instead of apologizing, she rips the tag off and grimace's at me. Fine. She rings up my two other items (which should have come to under $26) and says $45)and change). So I said how is this stuff $45? Once again, extremely rude to me, rings it up again and the total is under $26. So not only did she try and charge me twice and I caught her and Also illegally charged me more then item was priced at, she doesn’t even apologize for trying to rip me off (accidental or not). . When she hands me my receipt, despite all this I still say thank you and she looks at me like I’m the devil. This is my neighborhood store which I
