I spent 3 weeks here, and I had a very good experience. As a 25 year old with a severe pelvic injury, I was very nervous to have to stay in a nursing home/rehab facility until I was well enough to go home. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. They took the time to speak with me and my family if we had any questions or concerns, went the extra mile to make sure I was provided with resources to make my recovery easier, and made me feel at home throughout my stay. From the first person I met I had positive experiences. The admission coordinator eased all of my concerns and took the time to make me feel comfortable and cared for from the day I was admitted to the day I was discharged. There is no words I can say in which they took care of my wife and my family it was the most helpful and caring place I could have wanted her. All of the staf and I mean everyone was so carving and helpful. It was not like a care facility it was more like being with family. My father was admitted to this facility, and I have to say that the care he has received has exceeded any expectations that my family or I have had. Not only has my father received compassionate and competent care, our whole family was treated with the utmost respect and kept informed of every issue. In particular, the nurses Monica, Georgette, and Carolyn are the best nurses ever. And, just to show how great the place is on every level, Rebecca in the business office was fantastic in helping us navigate all the insurance issues. If you or your loved one needs skilled care, this is a place where you can feel assured that all will be taken care of in every detail. I really can't sell this place enough.
