Pinnacle Rehabilitation Associates - Kingston

Was recommended to Pinncale from my ENT and the staff there were amazing. Kind , curious and extremely helpful with my vestibular issue. After a few weeks they had me feeling myself again and I can’t thank them enough! Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for any type of therapy!

I have long term health issues but I also had an injury. They were wonderful working out my knee injury while keeping my disability in mind. I came in barely able to bend my knee and left sooo much better! They were wonderful! I highly recommend ....👍

Everyone was lovely, friendly, and full of humor even on the long days! Made physical therapy feel like some mental relief. Loved every second of it!! Highly recommend!

My experience with Pinnacle Rehabilitation Associates in Kingston has been very positive and I am so happy that my pain management doctor referred me to them. It is so easy to get into building...no steps to climb and great parking only a few steps from the entrance. ( My aching hip and back from bursitis appreciates this). My first visit was a meeting with the owner, Kevin Barno, for an evaluation and discussion of my program of treatment. He was very professional and thorough and I was immediately at ease. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and the whole atmosphere is very relaxed. I have had therapy in the past but nothing like Pinnacle provides. I would always leave with more pain than I entered in with. I was referred to Pinnacle in Kingston by my pain management doctor for a problem with the IT band in my hip with arthritis and bursitis which was very painful. Pinnacle knew exactly what I needed to relieve my pain. The staff is very knowledgeable. They provide hands on therapy in addition to physical therapy. They are a very compassionate, loving and caring staff. I'm being discharged today with no pain .
