Dr. Monahan was very professional and a pleasure to work with. The hearing test was very thorough and after reviewing the results and trying some of the newer models of hearing aids I decided on upgrading my current devices.
Service is great! Price is too high even with insurance. The insurance benefit seems to financially favor HearingLife and not the customer
Visit was short and with no complications. Although I paid a cleaning charge of $30, I wonder if this should have been charged as the hearing aid was replaced/repaired that should have negated the charge! Alas, it was my failure to ask why I was charged.
Wonderful professionals to work with. They listen to you, discuss options and make sure you’re 100% free of the issue you were having. The daily walking from 1-2pm is a blessing. Very pleased and highly recommend Hearing Life of Kingston, PA.
