I am exceedingly grateful. He has served as my family's allergist and immunologist for over ten years and will continue to do so. He is highly knowledgeable and compassionate. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he listens attentively to your concerns. We also greatly appreciate Tatiana.

Doctor Falk is a fine doctor. However, be wary of billing. Months after my visit and presenting my insurance I was sent a large bill, through a text message. The phone number of the text message is out of service. When I spoke with the office to clarify these charges they spoke over me, would not listen to my question, said I have to contact my insurance company and then hung up on me. When I called my insurance company they gave me a total owed that was different from/less than that provided by the doctor's billing office. Again, the doctor is a fine doctor, but the office that threatened to get a collection agency after me because I asked for an explanation of the billing, which they did not provide, is a serious issue. Dr. Falk is truly one of the BEST doctors! I wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking medical care. My children and I have all visited him, and we absolutely love his approach and care. We will definitely continue to see him for all our medical needs!

Dr. Falk is amazing and is very thorough, but unfortunately there are very incompetent people working in the front desk. They gave me a blood draw test I have to take somewhere, but can't tell me the name of the place I'm supposed to go and can't tell me the suite number in the large office building they're sending me to 30 minutes from my house. First they told me it was a Labcorp, but there is no Labcorp in that building. The receptionists hung up on me twice because they didn't know the answer, & gave me a very snotty attitude, and acted like I was bothering them for asking where I'm supposed to go. They literally told me to "just go there and look for a blood draw place" when there is nothing listed on Google for phlebotomy in that building. If you come here, get ready to deal with som
