Hybrid PT - Physical Therapy & Performance

He's extremely knowledgeable and explains the treatment as we go along. I’ve been to several therapists in the past but working with James has been the best and he’s helping me with the issues I’m having with my back and balance . It’s a pleasure working with James . I had a lingering wrist issue that wouldn’t go away even after months of rest. I finally decided to see Dr. Park and he diagnosed and identified the problem within minutes. He put together a clear and manageable workout plan that focused on strengthening the areas around my wrist. The exercises weren’t overly difficult and I could feel improvement within just a few days. My wrist is now almost recovered. Highly recommend if you’re dealing with an injury.
