Optimum Orthopedics Physical Therapy & Sports Rehabilitation

This is a review to help patients who go to this center. The physical therapist, who has a Doctorate degree has 4 years experience in physical therapy. She is the Director of the Center. I had been to the center fir shoulder pain. She gave me exercises for my shoulder pain to do thru email and asked me to continue with those exercises. After doing those exercises for two weeks, my shoulder pain increased. I spoke to her about it. She said that she never gave me those exercises. I showed her the email she sent with those exercises. In short, the lady does not have a clue about the exercises she is prescribing to patients. This is an assembly line physical therapy. She asked me to continue to do the exercises for another 12 sessions. I stopped after 3 sessions, had an MRI done and was told

Last December, I completed my rehabilitation from a quad tendon injury at Optimum Orthopedics Montclair, NJ facility.
