I purchased a massage for my wife as a Christmas gift through Groupon. The Groupon was valid through 2/27, and my wife has tried to schedule an appointment for nearly two weeks, and the owner does not reply to messages. A time was finally agreed upon for today, and the owner was a no-show - doors are locked, lights turned off. Now that it's past the Groupon expiration date, I cannot receive a refund on the purchase, just Groupon Bucks. From what I've seen on other reviews, this place is not worth the money spent - even if it's a Groupon. Seems shady and creepy. Next time, I'll do my homework to book a session with someone reputable.

Unfortunately I cannot provide a review of the massage quality, because nobody would bother returning my voicemail. I purchased a Groupon for Bodyminders, which was reasonably priced - the only reason I'll give 2 stars. The Groupon directions say to call for an appointment if this is your first time. I've called and left a message, but have not heard anything in 2 weeks. I tried calling again today, and the voicemail is full. If Chris would have just called back and said he was fully booked, I could have worked something out.

One of the best massages I've ever had! My only suggestions would be to have the room darker (was in the middle of the day, and the blinds don't quite do the trick) and offer online booking so it is easier to get in touch to schedule.

I received a Groupon as a Christmas gift. I tried to contact the business several times and by several methods, nothing worked. I called several times, left vociemails, and sent a text message as the website says you can, and still got no response for any of the above. My Groupon has no use if the business with not respond to customers. I would not buy anything from this business including a Groupon since clearly you will be unable to use it before it expires.

Unprofessional response to making appointment and then not knowing what I was getting into. Strange over cluttered massage table area. A bit rude and invasive. I wanted to be kind and tip, unnecessarily but I gave A 20 he took and never gave change. I only wanted to offer 5 of that. Not a good massage place or method.
