I would highly recommend this place, Dr Ayah was really taking good care of me, she is a talented Dr, and does her job very well She addressed my concerns and ensured I felt completely informed and comfortable throughout the entire visit. Her professionalism, precision, and calm approach truly set her apart. She has a way of making even the most stressful procedures feel easy. Truly my favorite dentist. The staff were friendly and helpful and the place was clean and comfortable.

Very friendly and professional staff. The best cleaning I have ever had from a dentist. I was amazed with how my teeth looked after. I switched here from Waukee Dental and I am very happy I did. The lead dentist does great work(which is not a given at the dentist these days), but the care she puts into explaining everything clearly is what I appreciated the most. I fully understood the treatment I received and why it was important. This place makes me excited to go to the dentist, and I will be recommending to all my immediate and extended family.

The billing process at Cedar Ridge Esthetic has been a horrible experience. I got services on July 2nd, 2025 and a claim was not submitted until August 26th. I had to repeatedly call and let them know my insurance company has not received a claim yet. Once I received my EOB on September 5, 2025, it showed I overpaid and they are refusing to issue me a refund. Because of this I have submitted a request to my insurance company for them to not be in network and I have also submitted a compliant to the Iowa Dental Board.

The worst dental clinic ever. It was a bad experience for my wife and I. As for what you see from the good comments, they are a group of close people and employees who work in the clinic. Disrespect and arrogance is their way of dealing. Even though my wife and I have government insurance, they still send me a bill.

I have been coming here for over two years, and feel very cared for. My dental hygienist, Linda, is always super kind, thorough, and compassionate. Dr. Bessie is also super kind and compassionate. I feel my dental health is improving with my care here.
