Awesome first appointment and experience. Had my Delta Dental all squared away and sent over the week before. Was emailing Kelly the whole time and she was on top of it! (Highly recommend getting your insurance carrier set in stone, set up your online account if applicable and send over your dental ID, this will also have an identification # called “group #”…for the dentist’s office needs only FYI) Got in and out from my first cleanings/setting up future appointments within an hour! Grateful this dentist office is also less than 10 from work. Very appreciative of how seamless all this went, 10/10!

Excellent dental office! My hygienist, Katie, does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth and takes the time to explain everything in detail while making sure I’m comfortable. Dr. Krehbiel is caring, knowledgeable, and professional as well. The entire team provides outstanding care!

I needed an urgent extraction/root canal. I called at 11:00 and they got me in at 1:30 same day. Doc Krehbiel had excellent bedside manner, did not pressure me into one option or another. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Dr. Brad Erickson has been excellent to see since moving to the Des Moines Metro years ago. Recently their team was able work me in for an appointment after a cancellation and hygienist Katie was pleasant, detailed, and handled everything from new X-rays to a detailed lower cleaning. I highly recommend their practice!

I am not a huge fan of going to the dentist in general, but always appreciate Hickman dental and how they treat me! They always seem to bring a smile out in me and love using them for my dental needs. They have a way of making you feel comfortable and appreciate their entire team!
