This facility has an amazing clinical team! Ramone who is the DON is hands down the best in the business. He is very welcoming, always available by call or email and is very open to always be there to communicate with families, residents, etc. Nina who doubles as the ADON and wound nurse is amazing. Her and Ramone make great leadership for the building and encourage a fun and uplifting home environment for not only the residents but staff as well. I have encountered so many staff members that have gone above and beyond at taking care of loved ones. I've become very familiar with a lot of the floor staff. From Shaniqua to Mercedes, Josie, Angela, and Na'tiyah, know all residents like the back of their hands and truly take care of everyone's loved ones like their own. Ramone, Nina, Na'Tiyah.

So happy I took my mother here! They care for all of here needs and are very organized! I was greeted and my mom was comforted within seconds of coming in the door. The manager was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the facility and gave me informative feedback about the programs, how they were different, and they made sure my mom was included in the process!
