The Vision World

The establishment was well organized and overall a pleasant experience. The wait time was short and they were kid friendly. The receptionist that I spoke with was patient, polite and thorough. An additional bonus was she is also bilingual. They had a wide variety of frames to select from that insecure could cover or if paying outright was pocket friendly. My daughter loved it and was happy not only with the entire process but the glasses she took hours to pick. I highly recommend.

i Had great experience here. The one girl at front Desk and the girl who took me back before Dr. were super nice and helpful. They even helped me pick out nice glasses when i have trouble. Nice girls. Will b back.

When I went the wait was almost 2 hr also said my glasses would be here in 2 weeks its been 3 so far I think they forgot to say I ordered glasses and because im medicaid it would not surprise me. Money from me or the insurance it shouldn't matter youre getting paid regardless

Made an appointment with vision world for my son on the 3rd, but popped in quick today as he accidentally broke his glasses and not only did the young woman get us in and out within 10 minutes, she didn't charge us for the fitting. People like her give me hope for the future of humanity 🤘

If I could post zero stars I would. Customer service is the worst God forbid the staff show any care in the world. Lazy people who are unknowledgable in the field they chose to work in. I would never go back and would never recommend anyone I know to go here.
