Garnet Health Urgent Care - Monticello

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my son in because he was very sick and had 2 sores, on his body. I requested we ALL be tested for flu, covid RSV and strep they denied my requests for the tests. Only did strep and we were never given the results. PA Lauren said that he WAS NOT contagious it was probably “a spider bite he it itched” and could return to school. Well thanks to Lauren my son had a very contagious skin infection and spread it to his entire class and I spread it to all the children at my job. We ended up going to Crystal Run for a second opinion and finally getting an anabiotic and a correct diagnosis. Thanks again, Lauren for your great help. Waited over an hour in the waiting room just to have a contagious skin infection spread.

Horrible wait times I was there for 2 hours waiting for just a check up

I’ve always been very happy going here. I’ve been here more than a few times. my son has gone here for Urgent Care a number of times as well. It’s been for various things, from bumps and bruises to something that needed antibiotics. The place is clean, the staff is courteous and professional, I’ve always been happy with the care that this Urgent Care Center provides..

Took our four year old here when we were traveling. The receptionist, nurses and doctors were SO NICE and amazing to my son. He was scared and so sick, and they made him feel better. Highly recommend. So happy we accidentally found this urgent care! Thanks again for a great visit when we needed it 😷🤒😷

A scout got a fishhook stuck in his finger. Staff was kind, proficient, efficient and made the child feel at ease. Not a fun experience, but they made it the best possible experience. Also they take blue cross blue shield while Monticello urgent care does not.
