When I inquired about services for my son, I had to practically beg to get the attention of the receptionist, Lisa, who was busy sending a texting on her cell phone. I greeted her politely and asked whether the clinic had a psychiatrist, a therapist, and if they accepted Medicaid. She responded that she could answer, but “not right now,” and continued texting before walking away from her desk. She did not return my greeting or make any effort to assist me. After my son’s father drove from the city to gather the information about the services he needs, and was given the dozens of forms, applications, and paperwork that I had originally requested when I went, I decided that I would not feel comfortable sending my child to an establishment where a parent seeking help for a special needs child

Ok as long as you don’t need anything after hours. No emergency number or answering service. Make sure you doctor sends the prescription to the pharmacy before you leave. We are left waiting over the long weekend for our sons prescription Because the doctors never sent it to our pharmacy.
