My dad was recently in this facility for 2 weeks after suffering a fall. Staff is friendly. Eddie was one of the best and hardworking on the rehab unit. He is always willing to help even when he is super busy. Victor and Eric are good nurses, but super busy. The PTs are very good. Josie, the social worker is good. Cleaning inside the room was thorough as my brother watched them clean the room my dad stayed in. I would have liked the MD to be more present especially when my dad began to have blood in his urine on a Saturday morning. They took a sample and requested pick up that day by Peak Laboratory. Peak did not pick up a urine sample until Monday after Victor called them yet again - he noticed upon his arrival at work Monday morning that the sample was still in the cooler. By Monday af

Placed my wife in a broken bed for recovery from a fall. She fell from the bed, after 6 hours i finally encouraged her to call 911 as it was clear the staff nurses and doctor were unwilling to assess her new injuries from the fall. The bed was determined to have a missing pin that allowed it to lean to one side causing the fall. Call buttons were ignored for hours star was rude, not all of the staff but enough to be an issue. She waited 6 hours after the fall for assistance this center provides the least possible care and only when yet they are pressured by me her caregiver. This is not a sage facility for anyone recovering from a major injury i highly recommend setting literally any other care facility.

I have had a great experience here with both therapy and the nursing staff. Therapy really help my papa (grandfather) get back on his feet again after numerous falls and hospitalizations. Mind you this man is as stubborn as a bull, staff was patient and kind. They communicated with me and my mother about his condition. They made discharge seamless and made sure he was safe to discharge and did proper educations with us to make sure he didnt fall or got to the hospital again. Its been a few months and hes thriving 😊

This is by far the most unprofessional facility that I have ever encountered. It’s filthy with unpleasant smells throughout the entire building. The staff is consistently rude and unprofessional—every encounter that I’ve had with them has felt like an inconvenience & they continuously hang up in my face or just doesn’t answer the phones at all. Communication is ALWAYS poor, my concerns are ALWAYS brushed off, & the atmosphere is ALWAYS uncomfortable. Not to forget to mention that my grandmothers money is constantly coming up missing, along with her clothes and other personal belongings. We are not paying $2100+ a month to have anyone steal or misplace her things. Families trust nursing homes to provide safe, respectful care for their loved ones, but this place falls far short of that stand

Do Not put you loved one here!! Admissions made it all appear welcoming, however once loved one was admitted, it became a different story. Couldn't reach staff,ever!! Less than 12 hours after admit we were notified loved one had a fall from wheelchair. Was on higher level of care and Not to be in wheelchair. As a result she had a Massive stroke. Staff didn't recognize stroke signs and was not realized until went for follow up with doctor. Got her admitted to ER, told she was in bad shape with multiple new fractures and had a stroke. Now in Hospice fighting for her life.
