When my husband finally got the surgery done, the procedure itself went well, but afterward he wasn’t feeling great. Despite explaining his discomfort and the fact that he works with heavy machinery, the doctor’s office insisted he could return to work just because Dr. Pinto note said he was cleared. It felt like the staff cared more about checking boxes than actually listening to the patient’s needs or how he was feeling. We’re grateful the surgery was successful, but the lack of communication and compassion really made this experience frustrating and disappointing. This place had a few red flags from the beginning but we ignored them.

Honestly I would like to give this place a 1 star but I will give it 2 only because the surgery itself was successful with no complications. Although after dropping off a sample for testing after my husbands vasotomy.... they spend 4 month dodging phone calls and promising a call back with no results. This is not good practice and was very frustrating when you are simple inquiring about your test results. We overlooked the fact that the surgery was delayed 3 hours originally although after this customer service it seems par for the course.

I had a referral sent here and they kept sending me to voicemail. I called the front desk for assistance and the lady was rude to me. It had already been 5 days and I was told by my Dr office they should have received my referral to go there to get checked out. I just decided to go somewhere else at that point. I don’t recommend going here.

Very courteous and professional during my three visits. So thankful for the providers and support staff. I really felt heard and taken care of...was able to be seen quickly for two procedures. Georgia (PA) recognized I needed a referral that I had been asking for with 3 other providers at a different clinic. Thank you.

Dr Pinto may be great at somethings but he sure is slow at releasing my medical records. I have been waiting three weeks and still no records. I would not recommend this practice to anyone.
