The Team at Palmetto Family Dentistry is remarkable! They always take great care of me and Dr. Noonan is a master of his craft. He is an extremely personable doctor with a great attitude and empathy for his patients. I love this place so much that I schedule my appts with them when I'm home visiting my family from out of state. There's no place I'd trust more. Thanks Dr. Noonan and team for a pleasant and repeatedly pleasant experience!

Called to make an appointment for my husband receptionist immediately shut me down saying we don’t have any appointments for today. I said I wasn’t asking for today as my husband was out of town. She then tried to pass me off to another location, I advised her again it didn’t have to be today. After asking again for the next available appointment with an attitude she asked his name I spelled it for her she said she couldn’t find it I was frustrated by the service I was being provided hung up and called back asked to speak with a supervisor. Supervisor got on the phone I explained the situation to her she didn’t offer any type of apology empathy nothing. I cannot say enough great things about this dentistry office. The office itself is clean and in good condition, but the best of this office is definitely the staff and owners. Every last person I have interacted with is beyond courteous, kind, and understanding. They are often very busy and booked in advanced, but they honestly do their best with getting in early for emergency situations. I recommend this place for everyone, in any dental situation. I have United Concordia Tricare Dental Plan, and all services I have received have been covered at least partially for services beyond the basic cleaning and films (100% covered).

I've always been terrified of the dentist, but he staff was very comforting, that means a lot when you have a dental fear. It was my 40th birthday when I had that root canal, they fired my tooth right there and I left with my permanent crown. The best part about it was falling asleep during my root canal, had to have been the shiatsu dental chairs, and the delicate work of the dentist! Thanks the y'all! I have a lot of dental work I need done and now I feel like I can handle it, thats awesome! No more being scared! Yay!

I cannot recommend this office enough! Dr. Knowlton filled several cavities for me today, and for the first time in my life, I can say that it was pain free. I have went to several dental offices throughout my life and I can honestly say their team has been the absolute best I’ve ever used. 10/10 recommend!
