The Urgent Care Center of Connecticut

These people have left my daughter waiting for her prescription for over 24hrs. It wasn’t send to CVS and now they can’t even tell which provider took care of her yesterday. How is that even possible? Now they are emailing the provider that’s there today to review the chart. I guess we just need to cross our fingers that provider opens the email and cares enough to do something. We’ll see….

I took my teenage daughters here for their school physicals and they treated us well! Very little wait time. Our primary doctor couldn’t see us for weeks! Urgent care saw us the same day I called. Our experience was great and we highly recommend this place! The front staff were extremely helpful and the nurse was friendly. Thank you all for your wonderful service!!!

I just wanna let you know that the staff here was outstanding. I had the pleasure of receiving help from Kyra and Denise. They were very pleasant and helpful. I came in so that My Son can get cleared for Work for the summer his first summer job. It was definitely a breeze, and I did not have to wait long. I would definitely recommend this office to someone that I know. I appreciate the service that we received.

do NOT go here. Long wait slow incompetent staff. I wish someone had told me this. Spent over 3 hours here. They have a new check in process they are still figuring out. Payment machine broken. Doctor keep interrupting woman at the front trying to help patients get signed in. This whole place was a hot mess. Every single patient left complaining

The Urgent Care Center of Bloomfield has an amazing staff. Very caring, friendly and supportive. Denise is so sweet and knowledgeable! She makes an effort to communicate and get to know the patient. I felt so welcomed and cared for. Would come here again!
