Dr. Alleyne is extremely knowledgeable and reassuring. He has treated me for a number of issues and has performed surgery. He is an excellent surgeon and everything went as predicted. His office staff is very friendly and helpful.

I must say the Dr Alleyne was very nice and professional but his administration staffs are very rude and unprofessional. I was given a referral for an MRI and has been waiting on the Prior Authorization from the Insurance to make the appointment. I understand that prior authorization can take a few days but my wife has been calling to get a copy of the MRI order which by right it was supposed to be given to me at the time of the appointment but they refuse to send me or her the copy. The office of my PCP did call for the order as well and they were giving her the run around as well saying that they can’t give a copy of the requisition. Thinking she was asking a copy of the Insurance authorization which is a total different thing from the requisition for the MRI. They seem to not know what

Excellent! Dr. Allyne pinpointed my problem and fixed my knee without any issues. Another surgeon wanted to way more to fix the problem with way more complications. Thanks Dr. Allyne. Great practice and staff. The ladies in the front office are very welcoming and makes you feel like you belong there. Thank you again for my surgery and good treatment. 👍

Dr Ken Alleyne is awesome and the best orthopedic surgeon you find in the Hartford County. His attention to detail, patience, expertise has made a great difference in the care I am receiving in his practice. The staff in his practice are second to none . They are always respectful and resourceful in the care and medical services they provide to me when I call them. If you need any orthopedic services in the Hartford area done look any further.

He listens! Do you know how rare that is; at least it is by my experience. It makes a difference in effective treatment. Dr. Alleyne didn't prescribe drugs. Medications aren't his first resort. His goal is to manage the pain so I can work on healing the cause. This is my preference in treatment. I appreciate his methods.
