I highly recommend coming here specifically this location if you have any injury or something bothering you. Travis and Zack are two of the best PTs in the business. Mike is super friendly and helpful at the front desk. He will help grab equipment and make sure that everything goes well with the appointment.

IRS is the best kept secret in Connecticut. The staff is well educated and truly knows how to apply their learning, tailoring it for each specific client. I couldn’t ask for a better group to be working with. Zach is my PT and he’s remarkable. He immediately tunes in with me when we work together, focusing strongly on what needs to be accomplished for the session. I strongly recommend IRS.

I had been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months, and integrated rehab made a huge difference. The staff was knowledgeable, attentive, and created a treatment plan that really worked. After a few weeks, the pain has significantly decreased, and I’m finally able to walk comfortably again. Highly recommend.

After a fall, my shoulder was frozen and virtually any movement was very painful. Zach got me going with a recovery plan, which he modified as necessary going forward. Today was my last session and despite a rigorous workout, I experienced no pain . Thanks to Zach, Travis, Michael and Cyndy for all their help.

While seeing Cathy W, as my therapist I learned multiple processes for improving my core strength, supporting improved gait and resolving back pain. She taught me the Hesch Method, the importance of the psoas muscles, use of trigger points, improved walking posture and how to properly ascend and descend stairs as well as an introduction to the basics of Pilates and the Reformer Table. She is an excellent listener who applies a wealth of knowledge to help patients address their injuries/issues. But, I am not a fan of the new IRS open room layout. For me it does not help me to discuss problems frankly with a therapist, when another patient is two feet from your table. But that aside I would return for the excellent staff.
