The Ultimate Foot Store

The person helping me today and the only employee in the store was Krystal. She was so kind, helpful, and enthusiastic about shoes. I felt very comfortable and overall great experience. She listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I purchased the women’s Hoka shoes size 8 with extra width. I was very pleased.

Avoid this shoe store at all cost. The old Caucasian lady doesn't listen to your needs (when you clearly tell her what size you need but she gives you different sizes to try) then ask if which shoes you want to buy when clearly they don't have the right pair you want. When I declined and thanked her for her help, her attitude changed entirely and made me feel terrible for not buying a pair. If you need to try out some shoes or get new pairs of shoes, go to other shops like Runner's Route. They are much more friendly and willing to help and without making you purchase a pair that doesn't fit your feet or your needs.

Kaneohe store is not the place to go. first time i told the guy damien i am not a size 8 1/2 eeewide. he tells me thats how you know the shoes will fit when the size come in. no way is that true. i decided to get another shoe in my size. 7 1/2 wide no he sells me a 8 eeewide again thats not correct. in december i bought shoes from another place. but i needed my inserts $60.00 he carged me . pearlridge store says its only $40.00 oh yes i called that store. and he has all the excuses and told me if i been ysing this brand dont change. plus he did not even check the foot in the machine to make sure i get the right size. he is not great at customer service!!! tge lady at pearlridge said he over charged me i can get my money back. but now damien said it cost $60.00 and he dont know why she sai

Ryan crystal and Damion are all great in the store.. but that old white lady racially profiled me twice and told me I can’t come back in the store for no justifiable reason. I have brought people to the store and purchased things from the store myself when she isn’t there.. but when she is there she tells me I have to leave.. some one else should really run that store

My son needed some lite working shoes and I checked around and decided to check out the Ultimate Foot Store here in Kaneohe where we live. He's been wearing regular shoes with inserts but they lack the support he needs with his flat feet and his feet correction surgery he had about 5 years ago. During this Pandemic I didn't expect sales people to be jumping out at me (like how many people expect these days and I don't like that kind of pressure) since the whole Mall looked very slow, yes very deserted. We went into the UFS store and a salesman name Damion was standing there looking at us by the register and my son went up to him to let him know what we we're looking for, after that Damion took charge and explained to us everything we needed to know and did all the measurements and imaging
