The Suites Pasadena

Everyone is very attentive, caring, and professional. We are seen as residents, and not just patients. Residents are their major concern in helping us all get better. The therapy department is top notch and very considerate of the needs of their patients. The nurses are caring and knowledgeable. The food is very good & the kitchen staff is concerned with what satisfies the patrons that are moving here. The cna/aides are so helpful & caring. The office staff is always there to answer any questions or concerns. Insurance was trying to discharge me & my social worker & director of therapy helped me appeal & made letters to support my case to stay in the facility for as long as I could. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I sincerely enjoyed my stay here.

Food is delicious. Staff is amazing. Communication between myself and staff is great. Atmospheres is welcoming & everyone is friendly. Everyone answers call lights and administration is great. Therapy is great and they listen to all of my concerns.

The nurses were very friendly. Miriam the CNA was very kind to me & gave me a wonderful shower. The food was delicious. I had a good experience here. I'm going to get knee surgery soon & will return to be back here for therapy services.

The staff is very caring and sweet, lots of fun activities. The food is great homestyle cooking. The PT department was amazing. I highly recommend this Facility.

The nurses are great. This is my permanent home and I feel like I am being taken great care of. The cnas are wonderful with me and are patient with me. Laundry services are great & on time.
