The Springs Post-Acute

I tried reaching out to this facility to get information. The person answering the phone hung up on me 3 consecutive times as I called. They didn’t utter a word. Just picked up the receiver and hung up the phone. This is not a good sign. More like sneed flag. I will be looking elsewhere for a facility to care for my loved one. Horrible experience which may have been a real missed opportunity.

This is a beautiful. I toured the facility last week and was very clean and quiet. Staff were very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had. The rehab team was very knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend this facility.

We checked the reviews before sending my mom for rehab at Norwalk Meadows. It had a great rating and we had a referral from another patients family. The facility is clean, the staff is friendly and attentive to the patients needs and individual requirements. They check on the patients regularly and ensure they are safe, clean and eating. Although my mom doesn’t like being away from home, we feel good that she’s in a place where she’s well taken care of.

My mom was sent here for 3 weeks for rehab, after having a stroke. The care was exceptional from the nursing staff to the physical therapist team and the administrators! The nurses kept my mom clean and she was fed 3 meals a day. My family and I were very pleased with the outstanding care she received. THANK YOU ALL!!
