⸻ Today I went to Target Optical in Norwalk to get both my glasses and my mom’s glasses repaired, and I can honestly say it was the best service I’ve ever received. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and helpful. We were in and out so quickly, and the whole process was incredibly smooth and efficient. Natalie went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She did absolutely everything she could to help us and made the experience stress-free. Her customer service was truly exceptional — she was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Roberto and a member of the Optical team at the Norwalk Target on Firestone were amazing. I came in close to closing on a very busy Sunday for a quick glasses repair, and despite helping multiple customers, they were patient, kind, and efficient. They took my glasses in while I finished shopping and had them ready shortly after. Roberto fixed them in just a couple of minutes and even repaired an additional issue I hadn’t mentioned—at no charge. Excellent customer service and professionalism. Natalie gave Excellent service and her knowledge is unmatched. I previously went to Costco and then Walmart and did not received the patience or knowledge explanation that I needed as a first timer. Natalie explained in detailed the difference in frames, tint, auto shade, quality and options. This was the best customer service I ever received and made me feel like a V.I.P.
