I really wanted to like this dentist, but the constant cancellations and poor follow-up have made it impossible to rely on them. It’s frustrating to rearrange my schedule only to have appointments canceled at the last minute. Patients deserve better communication and respect for their time.

This was my first visit, and I was so impressed! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. They made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. The office is clean, modern, and very organized. I truly felt cared for and appreciated how gentle and professional everyone was. I’m so glad I chose this dentist. Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Great experience. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. After a few challenges with my existing dental group I was relieved to find great dental care. My dentist ( Dr. Lee...I believe) took the time to explain options and provided insights. She also tolerated my old stubborn ways and offered alternate options to work through some challenges with tedious dental care regimens. She is detailed in her work and craft. Norwalk is not close to where I live but not to far. Worth the drive! Highly recommend!

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at the dentist. I’m used to really long wait times so I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to see me so quickly. Dr. Lee and all of the staff were very friendly, and did an amazing job. I’m really happy I chose this dentist!
