Seen in February for back and neck pain was supposed to be scheduled for procedure have made 4 calls with promises to return calls and schedule with no follow through from office staff. Patrick Kenney was the provider who saw me and seemed very knowledgeable but the practice itself seems mismanaged and staff don’t seem to care if patients get treated.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place has the WORST communication. They not only will not answer calls, they do not reply on time, you have to keep calling back. They will cancel your appointments and automatically reschedule you without a single call. They do not transfer medical records properly so you have to do it all yourself. They even LIED to me and caused me to go months longer in pain than I should have which also caused me to have to pay thousands more money out of my pocket. This place needs to be shut down.
