The See Center

I needed a better eye exam than I previously received. I was referred to Dr. Janet Corbit-Drakulich. She didn’t disappoint. She valued my questions and took the time to thoroughly answer them. In addition to Dr. Janet I found each employee to be welcoming and nice.

I went to the See Center to get a replacement for computer glasses lost in my move from out-of-state. My Ophthalmologist in Carson City recommended them. So I went without looking at reviews—big mistake! I had a prescription from my previous doctor sent to them. It took more than a month. What I got was another pair of my regular glasses—not computer glasses—for $448.00 (the antireflective coating was $145.00). No apology or any sort of discount to get the computer glasses I needed.

I made an appointment and waited a few weeks, show up and they have no record of my pending appointment! 🤬

Wonderful and friendly staff. Thorough exam and a real sense of personal care. Nice selection of glasses. Quick delivery. A shout out to Sharon Long, O.D. who was extremely kind. Even received a thank you card in the mail with a Starbucks gift card! Wow! Very happy with experience there.

Been waiting for my glasses to be fixed about 4 to 5 weeks now. They said they call me but I didn't get that call. They need to get their stuff together to help their customers more better. Can't get a good answer from the receptionist. They don't know what to do. They have to wait for Luke to tell them what to do. Taking my business somewhere else.
