Absolute Dental - Topsy

The topsy location is always helpful for me. I travel a bit of a distance just to come to this practice. From the office manager who is just fabulous at what she does, down to Junior ! I love walking in and seeing my friend from long ago. I’m always greeted with compassion and dignity. Dr Inman is caring and takes the time with me if I ever have questions. I usually don’t- but his bed side manner and his staff are what makes me keep coming to this particular location even tho I live a bit of a distance from the practice. Ps I all the pink gear they wear! Just got to get junior to jump on that band wagon lol.

I had a crown come out and it needed to be put back in place on my tooth and my regular doctor was not available and on top of that they don’t take the insurance that I have through Medicare. They recommended that I check with absolute dental, and so I did. When I called, I told them the insurance that I had and they said yes they take it and work with them and yes, they could get me in the next day, which was today. I was treated with courtesy and kindness and they listen to what the problem was and they needed to take x-rays and I said that’s great and it’s covered by my insurance and they take my insurance. Been, to another absolute Dental office. Experience, was awfully. Dentist, was ....very, ...non - friendly! But, the topsy ln office had a magnificent staff. Very friendly, and, eager to help. The , Dentist his self was superb. He, was not only able to help, but, was willing to sit listen to what I had to say and, contacted old dentist to get my dentures sent over and fix. He, was the best dentist this one had been to in a long while!'and, in my opinion the best staff that office could have. 5 stars for sure!

Was a walk in and was greeted by a very friendly staff. Answered all my questions and got me in to see the Doctor. The receptionist was also very helpful in helping me fill out all the forms. Very happy with my visit.

As a new patient I was greeted with friendliness, I was put in a room where they took a full set of x-rays. The tooth that broke off was in an awful place and I was referred to an oral surgeon. Dr. Nilforushan and his assistant (I forgot her name) were very professional and made me feel comfortable. It's nice to be waited on when the employees have a sense of humor and professionalism.
