From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. The front desk made check-in quick and easy, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The provider was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered in a way that made me feel confident and comfortable. It’s obvious they truly care about their patients and take pride in the quality of care they provide. The office is clean, well organized, and runs smoothly. I am always treated with respect at my appointments. The office staff in the front are busy but still polite. I saw Melanie Buckley and her staff are so accommodating and Melanie has such a gentle touch. The sides affects are always very minimal. And I appreciate that. Thank you and I'll be back!

Office is very clean and organized. Guest check-in is organized and workers are polite and helpful. I was seen at my appointment time and Dr. Tack is very thorough and thoughtful at our visit. I always feel comfortable coming to this Dermatology office.

Melanie was friendly and professional during my Med Spa appointment~giving me her advice on what she thought would give the results I wanted, but also listening to my opinion as well. She was also quick and efficient with the injections, while also providing calming energy during the uncomfortable moments of the procedures. Her assistant was also professional and supportive throughout the process ~keeping me informed and comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

Dr. Jay Adams was our doctor for years, and when he retired we were very fortunate to move to Dr Gratrix. He’s done a great job with my husband’s care, since he has a continuing health issue. This is my first visit, and he listened to my concerns and checked me over thoroughly. This is a great office and has been for the decades we have been coming for care.
