Unsupportive of parents rights to choose a delayed vaccine schedule and the right to choose which vaccines they want for their children . They won’t accept your child there unless you follow the vaccine schedule that they want and get every one recommended regardless if your children prior had extreme side effects. Not to mention the staff was very rude and disrespectful about our decision without any knowledge of why we were choosing to do so. “Now she’s gonna have to have 5 at a time because you didn’t follow schedule” we are definitely not willing to do 5 at a time, maybe 3 and spaced out as well as it is my right to choose. It was a big culture shock coming from Womack pediatrics on fort Bragg where parents choice was supported whether beliefs differ. I come from a long line of family

Front desk is awesome but Dr Howard has some issues I DO NOT RECOMMEND HER what so ever especially if your African American.

We had paperwork sent over twice. Went in on Wednesday of last week to see if they got it. Lady on the end with the spiked hair physically showed me the paperwork and said the Dr was in Rockingham and she would make sure he gets in. Go in today and everyone, including the spiked hair lady looked at me like I had 3 heads no one can find the paperwork or even remember if they got it. How unprofessional!! They already don’t have the best people skills. If you don’t know how to be kind please don’t work with the public. I will be back 2morrow to see if the incompetent people can find the paperwork !
