Scotland Urgent Care Center

The wait time was good I got there 835am and left at 1015am. The staff were all friendly and the doctor was helpful and cared about my pain she even answered a question about another pain I’m having. My prescription was called in right away and ready when I got to the pharmacy. No one wants to go to urgent care but if you need to it’s helpful to know that someone cares.

Staff are awesome. 2 nurses working today 11/8/25 helped me out very well! Was in & out for covid test in less than 30 minutes. I went right after they opened & was first in line at 7:15a.m.

Website says they close at 7:00pm. Took my daughter in at 6:00pm, nobody in the waiting room and 2 cars in the entire parking lot. We were told they wouldn’t be seeing any other patients.

Sat in the lobby for two and a half hours. I have basic cold symptoms and they gave me allergy medication? What the absolute hell? Yeah there's a reason why I try to avoid this place as much as possible. The only reason why I came here is because my family doctor isn't taking any walk ins and they're booked for the next two weeks.

I am from Illinois, Never been to the Carolina's.. I am so impressed with their care. I came here for a visit with my son and his family. but I had a medical problem after 5 days. And brought to Scotland Health Care. They was so thoughough, I ended up being here 3 weeks and not one complaint.. Its been a tough time but the staff and doctors are just amazing. Thank you so much to all that took care of me. Each of you made my stay so much easier. God bless each one of you. I wish our hospitals was as good and impressive as yours.. I can truly not say enough to express my thoughts about . your care
