Carolina Skin Care

I went here and the atmosphere is AMAZING. Plenty of chairs, and not a ton of people waiting. My appointment was fast. The front desk lady was nice. The assistant with the broken arm was professional, and PA-C Alyssa was very professional. She even explained things as she went along. My only issue is how bright the examination room is. I had to look down a bit just to avoid the light, but that's fine. They need the light to look at your skin. Overall, they get an A+

Jennifer B. In the PSC is amazing! She was super patient with me. She helped me resolve my issues/questions I was having. She made sure to actually take the time to help. Jennifer was very helpful as if she was physically there. Talk about good patient care !

My primary physician gave me a referral to have a mole looked at. I waited a month to get in. My appointment was for 1.45 pm. I arrived at 100 pm so that I could fill out my paperwork. She asked if had I filled out any paperwork online and I said no. She then replied I didn't think so. She was very unprofessional. I was then told that they couldn't accept my insurance as of two weeks ago. A phone call would have been nice. I wasted 2 hours of my time.
