What a blessing to have a locally owned, customer-focused, friendly, responsive pharmacy in our area. Prescription Place is consistently and abundantly helpful, courteous, and professional--from the doctors of pharmacy to the technicians. They will bend over backwards to help out their customers, from calling our primary care providers for refills, to working with our insurance carriers, to responding to our urgent needs. For example, Dr. Julie at the Niceville office took time out of her busy routine to print out all of our immunization history. They are always available for our routine vaccinations. They always complete our refills quickly. They have reasonable prices. And, everyone is always happy, friendly, and courteous. No reason to go anywhere else for are pharmacy needs!

A very kind and compassionate staff will assist you with any questions or concerns related to your medications. Cheerful and funny pharmacy associates will make sure your meds are filled in no time. They offer useful tips and warnings and seem geniounely interested in your health and well-being. The other "big name" pharmacies in town could learn a thing or two from this place...excellent customer approach and friendly atmosphere.

I cannot say enough good things about this pharmacy and it's employees. They are so personable, friendly, and caring. I've never waited more than 5 minute for a prescription refill. They go above and beyond to serve their clients. I recommend them to everyone I know. A small hometown pharmacy is exactly what Niceville needed. Very reminiscent of Doug's Pharmacy and Child's Drug Store. If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

Pharmacist hung up on me because she wouldn’t stop talking over me and all I said was “can I talk”. These people will treat you like a drug addict if you take a doctor prescribed controlled substance. Stay away. Terrible customer service and disgusting human beings who are supposed to be helping people instead of treating them like drug addicts.
