The Pharmacy at Desoto

It’s a really nice place and my encounter was bittersweet. There’s a young man who was immensely rude(he was at the register with dreadlocks). I asked him if I could speak with the pharmacist. He called out to her and when she came to the register, I pointed toward the consultation sign so that we could speak privately. I don’t know what he assumed, but he said, “You didn’t ask for a pharmacist?!”. I replied, “I did”. He responded “she’s not the pharmacist “! Implying the pharmacy tech that was in the direction that I pointed. I said , I know it, what are you talking about? He continued to go back and forth with me. I had to say, “ the consultation sign is that way”, he then said, “Oh , okay , I‘ll walk away then if you want privacy!! What?! He’s not the pharmacist, so why would you stand

Hidden Gem. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. In and out with hardly any line ever. Love this place.
