Precious Paws Animal Hospital

I took my puppy there last week for the first time and we had a great experience! We had a scary morning, so I called and the front desk got us an emergency appointment within a couple hours to get Hank fixed up! We saw Dr. Jeremy Keen who was so knowledgeable, personable, and took great care of Hank. The tech we had was also so sweet and I could tell she loved on my baby while she took him back for an xray. They also went over the treatment plan and pricing in the room with us before proceeding with anything which was very appreciated. I’m glad to establish my pet as a patient there and know he’ll be taken great care of in the future!

This place is amazing! My kitty had fishing hooks stuck in her, and I was so worried. The staff took such wonderful care of her and handled everything with ease. They carefully removed the hooks and made the whole experience so much less stressful. I felt completely supported, and it made me feel so much better. I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism!

My Yorkie puppies were born before this recent holiday, I immediately called afterwards to have their tails docked and they were able to accommodate my request. Our office visit wasn’t long and they took very good care of the puppies. There were no issues after returning home with the puppies. Very happy with the service and care they received.

We love how friendly the staff is at Precious Paws! We recently changed to Precious Paws because of the rude customer service we received from our previous vet. It is like night and day. I feel like our business is truly appreciated and that they actually care about our fur babies. And the difference in the actual exam was impressive. We have been going to our previous vet for 30+ years and we were blown away with the exam on our first visit. I also love the follow up and being able to make an appointment!

Dr. Ryan Kennedy is a great Dr. he is compassionate professional kind and caring. He truly cared about Maggie. He found problems I didn’t know she had… enlarged heart, trachea pushed in by heart and cushings. He has given meds and support for her quality of life at age 13. Dr. Cassandra Cantrell is amazing! She’s kind compassionate caring and professional! She took care of all 3 of our dogs after boarding them for 4 days they became very sick with bacterial and viral infections and kennel cough. A very long stressful journey. She was there for us and our babies throughout their care. Today is the first day they seem to be getting better. Our family can not thank her enough. I want to take a minute to thank the very kind professional and helpful front desk. They help me every time I call or
