Chain businesses usually lack genuine customer service. So I am always looking for small, new and appreciative business to work with and I found that with Jbyrds Care Services. I inquired of services for d. N. A testing for a paternity case we were dealing with. The staff was very friendly and very knowledgeable and he took the time to thoroughly explain which services best suited our needs. We did not feel like a statistic or as if our questions and concerns were unimportant. It was refreshing to work with such a polite group and I highly recommend them if you need any lab testing for personal, professional, or legal purposes.
