The Pediatric Dental Group Franklin

Been going here for 2-3 years. Have 4 kids ranging from 14 to 3 .. Unfortunately while my first appointment far exceeded my expectations I really really wanted to stay + support this office. The assistants working there are lovely, I have nothing but great things to say. The dentists that work here are lovely. They are very engaging + are really amazing at keeping kids comfortable. The administrative staff need some work which is why I give this office 2 Stars. They've changed systems a few times in the 3 years I've been there. The process about the new patient forms come in a text link that may or may not work; you fill everything out either before hand and or then present at the office with more forms needing to be filled out some of them the exact same as the ones you fill out online-

Incredibly rude front counter staff. Surprised anybody would hire these people to be the face of their business. Will never go back there. Dentist and hygienist were nice but having to deal with the front office isn't worth it.

I would like to share my experience with the orthodontist in the Franklin office. Unfortunately, I found it quite challenging to book an appointment, as availability seems limited for several months. This can be quite frustrating, especially if your child has an issue that requires attention. It might be beneficial for the practice to improve their scheduling system to better accommodate patients. Additionally, once you commit to braces, it feels like you're somewhat locked in without much flexibility. They should advertise this lack of appointments to all patients so that we can make a right choice.

We loved this office a few years ago, but sadly the dentist who was so kind and so very good moved. Since she left, this place has declined to the point that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. My daughter chipped her front tooth and they said it was too far gone for them to do the filling. We went to another dentist who did. The next cleaning, they scraped it as if it were a natural tooth and the next morning the new bonding fell off. I called in advance of our next appointment and asked if we needed to reschedule because we could not be late for a gymnastics competition; they assured me that we would be out. They kept us late with no place to stand or sit. When I went back to the office to speak to the dentist, my children were let standing in the hallway, and they heard the office staff

In the almost 8 years visiting this place, we haven't had an issue. All the cleanings have gone well. The two cavities that our child had were treated without a problem, and the staff has been very nice to us.
