I have always had great experiences here for all the years i have been going. For someone who hates the dentist, the dentist and hygienists make you feel so comfortable which is truly All i look for. I have had work done by multiple dentists here, and from Dr Winkler, to Dr Mackenzie and Dr Zent - always an easy process. The front desk team is always so friendly and helpful, especially when needing to get in for something urgently, and would recommend this office to anyone in need of a great and trusting dentist practice.Maureen and doctor Zent are a great team as I just had a tooth re filled today, and not only got me in quick as possible but truly made me feel at ease.

I cannot recommend Dr. Zent and Franklin Dental Associates enough. After a couple years without seeing a dentist due to anxiety, I was incredibly nervous to go back—but she completely changed that experience for me. From the very beginning, she was patient and reassuring. During a recent procedure, she was attentive to my TMJ pain, giving me breaks whenever I needed them and even using a bite block so I didn’t have to strain to keep my mouth open. Her kindness and understanding made an experience I once dreaded feel manageable and safe. The receptionists are always warm, welcoming, and helpful—whether in person or over the phone. Dr. Zent is an excellent dentist. She takes really good care of me. I had surgery yesterday and everything went well with Dr. Zent. Her side chair assistant, Maureen, is the best. If you are the kind of patient, like me, who doesn't enjoy a trip to the dentist, you will want Maureen there, who will even hold your hand. And I am a type 1 diabetic and was very comfortable with their care for me. I highly recommend Dr. Zent. Make Dr. Zent at Franklin Dental your dentist!!

Paige was my hygienist, and she was excellent. The front desk staff are welcoming and helpful, and the hygienists are attentive, thorough, and truly take the time to listen to your concerns.

Highly recommend!! Trustworthy dentist and very kind staff!! I just had bad experience with rude staff and a dentist who told me I had 8 cavities and I’m still not convinced I actually needed to fill them all. So this one is a stark difference. Very good!
