AFC Urgent Care Franklin

I had a great experience at this urgent care. I was seen quickly, the staff was friendly and professional, and the entire visit felt efficient without being rushed. Everyone I interacted with was kind and helpful, which really makes a difference when you’re not feeling well. The location is also very convenient and easy to access. I would definitely come back and recommend this urgent care to others.

I have had nothing but good experiences at AFC Urgent Care in Franklin. By booking in advance, wait time is minimal. All of the staff and providers are kind and explain things in a way that is easy to understand. I have left each visit with a clear explanation of diagnoses and a plan of care. I will continue to go back for sick and urgent care needs.

I have come gone here for a few multiple visits of the last couple of years and every time it’s always so fast and easy! In and out without a problem every single time. The nurses and physicians are amazing. Always caring and supportive! Fast results with a phone call from the actual provider! Thank you for all that you guys do!

When I arrived the front desk notified I would be waiting awhile due to a patient coming in with an emergency. I appreciated her telling me what to expect. Once I was seen by Ian he listened, asked pertinent questions, and examined me, which helped him make a diagnosis. I appreciated him being thorough.

Came in a half hour before they closed because my husband thought he broke his wrist and we were seen immediately. We were in and out with X-rays taken within 15 minutes. The staff was great and very helpful and didn’t at any point make us feel rushed. Made it worth the 40 minute drive!
