I’ve had dental work done my entire life and have seen plenty of dentists in the area, but Dr. Kahili truly surpasses them all. She’s warm, personable, and exceptionally skilled. What sets this practice apart is the entire patient experience—from the front desk team to the hygienists, the assistants, and Dr. Kahili herself. You feel cared for the moment you walk in, and that feeling never fades. I’m not always the easiest patient (understatement), but Dr. Kahili makes me feel completely at ease every single time. Her staff has been wonderful to both me and my son, going above and beyond in ways that genuinely matter. If I could give more than five stars, I would in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend.

Dr. Khalil and her staff are caring and thoughtful. They went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable and they took great care and pride to ensure I was well taken care of before and after my visit as well as happy with my end result. I have to share the amazing experience I had at New England Dental Associates today thanks to the team. I was warmly greeted by Camryn, and she quickly recognized it had been a while since my last appointment. She was very thorough and thoughtful to review the plan during my visit. She truly set the tone for a relaxing and comfortable time. Next, I had the BEST hygienist that I have ever seen. Michelle was engaging, educational, and best of all authentic. She truly represented herself and Dr. Khalil's practice with the utmost professionalism. Do not let her go! I have a renewed sense of the importance of dental hygiene and am looking forward to the next visit.

All my life I’ve been terrified of the dentist - I would start crying when I sat in the chair, before anyone ever even touched me! Dr Khalil and her team are the most gentle, supportive dental team I’ve ever had. I still don’t like going to the dentist 😂 but I’m glad it’s Dr Khalil and her team I go to. As an important aside - I am Deaf and I really appreciate the way they communicate with me. The team comes up with pats (on the arm or cheek) and gestures that really help me know what’s going on. That’s an extra kudos to them all!

Staff were so friendly but totally professional...put me at ease. Michelle explained everything she was doing while I had my teeth cleaned, and checked in often to make sure that I was comfortable and doing OK.
