Transferred to this office due to it being closer. Lady that helped us day of our first appointment was great. Wait was long, NP was okay, but not what we were used to. Missed our second appointment there and called to reschedule, I also asked if they did reminder calls/texts. She said “no, we have over 200 patients we can’t call everyone” with an attitude. There’s better ways to speak to people. And yes, I called back to cancel, because these are people working at a children’s office? I get that you’re stressed but having that attitude won’t help you have a better day. I rather make the drive for better service for me and my children. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. I am for vaccines. However, I was explicit on the fact that I did not want my son to have the HepB vaccine. My nurses knew when I was in labor that I didn’t want him to have it then. Everyone who talked to me in that office about vaccines, I told them that I did not want him to get the HepB. Well, finding out from my new doctor, they gave him the combo vaccine that has HepB in it. They didn’t even tell me that they were giving it to him. I know for a fact that there are combo shots that do not have HepB that he could’ve had. They just chose not to and then chose not to tell me! Absolutely disgusting and shameful. In my opinion, you should have your license revoked.

Some days they are better than others but for sure they do not check that a patient's parent wants them to have a student in there, they just send them in, some of the doctors despite having the full story of the events just rapid report to cps, and the girls up front are not very social. They have also said they cannot schedule more than two weeks out but when I called they were able to schedule a month in advance. Many inconsistencies.

We have waited well over 30min here before, but today was the worst. We waited for an hour and the room we were in had ZERO air conditioning because the nurses and doctors had complained that they were cold so maintenance turned it all off. I had all 3 kids and we were all pouring sweat. Not to mention that it’s a PEDIATRIC clinic and none of their cabinets are baby proofed, so my toddler kept mashing her fingers in them. After an hour we all felt so sick we ended up leaving without seeing the doctor.

Worst pediatric clinic I’ve ever been to. Front desk girls are rude unless you’re Hispanic. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. New doctors aren’t trained right and give out wrong information and then make you jump through hoops for them to apologize that it was their fault. I will NEVER be back and this was the second chance I gave them.
