You bring things in for your love one. And they come up missing. You bring a arm and hand brace for your love to wear at night. Rehab takes it off, and haven't seem it going on for 3 weeks. Talked to several people including nurses and front office, nothing has been done. I'm the wife of this patient and they're totally not doing anything about it. We pay as the family over 6000.00 a month to keep him there in hopes that he will come home soon. I want his brace back in his room so his hand stops rolling up at night and getting stiff. Is there anyone one there listening? Hello

Seemingly nice place. We were told my aunt would have a private room. However once moved there we were told differently. They did complain of the few boxes my aunt had. She wanted to bring her chest of drawers but was told no there wasn’t enough room. But the roommate had an extra dresser in her area. They told me to come get all her stuff and take it back. I was notified about the payment at the beginning of the month bc it wasn’t paid on the first. So I paid it. My aunt died middle of that month. She was due a refund. I was told it would be 30-45 days. I keep calling and getting the runaround. Gimme your number and we’ll have someone call you back. No phone call. After 45 days passed I was told it would be 60-90 days. It just at 4 months since she died and still no refund for the half of

Very clean, staff friendly and works hard to make sure everyone is taking care of. The food smells amazing and the activities are always busy! They literally want to make it your home and the transition as easy as possible!

I have had an excellent experience. The transition was seamless. The staff have been nothing but courteous and helpful every step of the way. Based on my experience thus far I would highly recommend this facility for a loved one. Shala, Anna, and Kim have been awesome. As well as Luz and Diedra. Thanks to all for making a difficult situation easier. I appreciate you. ALSO...Jason has been nothing but great helping to facilitate the move.

Clean and great leadership. Our admission experience was amazing, Shala was able to help with all the questions and returned our calls eagerly. You can really tell she cares about the experience.
