Very slow service when it comes to a patient need such as bathroom assistance i was there with my mom and she needed assistance i called the RNA and shes like im passing out trays not sure what is more important to leave a patient waiting for 45 min to be changed. Very bad attitude by the RNA

Do not i repeat DO NOT send your loved ones to this hell hole. My 90 year old father was in here for 2 weeks for rehabilitation after being in the hospital & ended up sick & passed away! The staff yell at each other & argue with patients. He was neglected & never once did anyone check on him while I was there. Was in pain all night. The last time I talked to him he told me he had stories to tell us after he got out. But that never happened. This place should be investigated!

This place is horrible.. they totally neglect the patients. Especially those that made need it more .. my mom is in here they completely ignore her unless they know we are going than they try to get her cleaned . Went and sat with her for a few hours not once did they come in and check on her . Her roommate was pushing the call button for herself and yelling for a nurse for about 15 mins before someone came to attend to her saying she had not gotten her morning meds yet keep in mind it is now almost 11 am and that she needed changing .. my mom is not able to walk or yell so not once meanwhile did the peak in to even check on her she could’ve been on the floor for hours and they will not even know Later my brother went and she still was not changed he had to go out a call a nurse . My wife’s cousin, Leslie, is there and, thanks to the staff’s loving persistence, Leslie has bounced back to a degree I NEVER would or could have imagined!!! She can now feed herself and drink on her own again!!! On my previous visit, she could not even suck fluid through a straw! I took the glass and was able to get her to swallow the beverage by pouring just a few drops into her mouth and letting her swallow over and over again over a twenty minute period until the glass was empty. I showed the young nurse/attendant what I was able to do, successfully, and, God bless her, she apparently had the persistence to follow through, which, at any other nursing home I’ve ever visited in my 76 years of life, they just would have given up on her and had her “SNOWED” by hospice!
