Dr. Thomas is caring and efficient. He thoroughly explains every procedure and answers any questions needed. He was recommended highly by others in his field of dentistry. I'm glad to be in his care. Carrie, the hygienist is excellent. She is able to mix humor and a caring personality with her professionalism.

I have been coming here for several years now. Everyone here is very nice and polite. They make you feel at home MY dentist is very thorough, she is an accent to this team. DR Thomas Michael is the best he explain things in a ways you can understand and let you decide, he does not pressure you, and that's why I stay. No pressure. Great team work.

I’ve been going to West Aurora Family Dental approximately 5 years. During this time, the office has gone through a few dentists. Recently, I’ve had a very unpleasant experience there. I felt there were some mistakes made on my dental care. The office/dentist were avoiding me and not willing to work with me on finances. I’ve moved on to another office since and I’m very happy with my experience there so far. Super disappointed in Dr Thomas especially. Not going back.
