I’ve been coming to Dr. Pilacio and Dr. Arevalo for a while now, and every visit has been outstanding. The entire team is super friendly while always staying professional — you can tell they truly care about their patients. The office is spotless, and everyone greets you with a smile the moment you walk in. They always take the time to explain what they’re doing and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the entire process. My cleanings, fillings, and even root canals have all been quick, smooth, and done with amazing care. You can really feel the pride they take in their work. Everyone here is so friendly and takes the time to explain things thoroughly. From the guy taking the x-rays to the lady who does the cleaning, they are patient, professional, and kind. You can tell Dr. Palacios treats his team well, and it shows in the way they treat you. Dr. Palcios himself is outstanding — very patient in answering questions and especially understanding with my anxiety about shots and drilling (the sound drives me crazy).
