I have been seeing dr Branagan who is great. I was referred ti him by another dr at toc because he was more experienced at the surgery I needed. he has done a excellent job in caring for me including calling me at home during the holidays while he was out of state. I do have a problem with the billing office and the receptionist in his office. according to my records and medicare guidelines or I could not, billing was wrong. I was told that I must pay $85.00 at my last visit or I would not be seen. I advised her I was working with the billing office. I was told again; I would not be seen per the billing office. I had major foot realignment in nov of 2025 and still in every two weeks appointments due to open wounds, I had to be seen. I paid the bill. I understand collecting on unpaid

This place is normally amazing, but on my last visit I waited 2 hours and 15 minutes and was never seen. Unfortunately, I had to leave because I also have a job and could not wait any longer. The doctor is truly the best, which I assume is why he is so busy. However, it seems the office may be overbooking him, and I imagine he barely has time to eat lunch most days. I really hope they can improve the scheduling, because the care itself is excellent.

Dr. Mittal did an excellent job on my knee replacement. The staff that works with him at the hospital were exceptional. Four weeks today had surgery, and it has went very well. If I could change a couple of things at the office I wish the wait time to see Dr. Mittal was closer to appointment times. And wish I could of seen Dr. Mittal before and after my surgery, and also the followup visit. I understand Dr. Mittal is very busy. I would recommend Dr. Mittal to anyone having knee surgery and wants a fast recovery, and hardly any scar. Thank you Dr. Mittal. MH

Dr Chalkin was great! His resident was a really nice guy also. Dr. Chalkin has really good bedside manners and was Thorough. Only reason I rated it a 4 star and not 5 was the wait, I waited over an hour.Other than that it was a great experience. 👍

Dr Mittal and his staff are superb. He is friendly, forthright, and lives up to his reputation of being the best in the business. I'm 69 years old and playing ice hockey better than ever thanks to Dr Mittal. I was back at practice, then playing tournaments well within 6 months The teamwork of his staff is impressive. Every phase of the operation from pre-op to surgery to post-op was well coordinated, no detail overlooked I'm playing hockey, kick-starting my Harley Shovelhead, and riding horses better than I have in years, and all completely pain free I love my new knee and the freedom it gives me
