I think it is ridiculous that people have given this business 2 star reviews because it wants to protect itself irregardless to liability law suits when it comes to parking. Anyone looking for a good optometrist, this is the place. I have been going here for a few years and can say that Dr Trapinii and his staff are fantastic and always have great customer service.

Doc and staff are very kind, respectful, and completely patient. My exam was not rushed and thorough. I am very pleased with their service and impressed! I had an eye injury from my dog he took me at closing time just to help me complete saints! I had to go back to get glasses, unlike other places in Smyrna they didn’t treat me awful. If you need an eye doctor go see them, no dad joke intended.

This business is not looking out to help it's community. I go to eat at a restaurant next door after this business is closed. Parking in this area is scarce and this shoppe has a huge lot they are unwilling to share with its neighbors even if it's closed. They now have signs saying you will be towed. Be a better community partner and allow your neighboring businesses to use your lot when your not. By having these signs you are hurting your business. We are a family that supports local but won't support this establishment due to the fact it's making it harder for other local establishments to survive.
