Sam Ridley Urgent Care

What an amazing experience!!!! This urgent care facility is so caring, patient, warm and thorough. Nurse Shaunda and Dr. Halstead were very professional and purposeful in connecting with me and making sure I was comfortable. They were very accommodating and understanding. The clinic is clean and comfortable and safety protocols are simple and easy to follow. There is ample parking. They open at 9am, as stated on the website. I would bring any loved one to this clinic!

I love this place! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Everytime I visit, they are very fast and professional. The office is clean and always smells nice. the team makes my experience very comfortable and relaxed. I definitely recommend them for your next urgent care or weight loss visit.

I called and the provider answered the phone. I could tell he was super busy, he stated that his office manager will be arrive in 15 mins. I said ok, I will call back no problem. I called a few hours later with no answer. I really wanted more information about the weightloss medication. My main concern was the price. I checked their website, but it was not available. So, I decided to go to the office. When I walked in the lady was very blah. I told her I wanted to get a little more information about the medication. She didn't want to give me any general info. She said you have a consultation and he stopped at 3 pm. I got there at 3:15 pm. She did not want to help me at all. I said do you know the price range. She said you have to make an appointment. I was fortunate to visit the Sam Ridley Urgent Care and opted for the IV Hydration!! This was a fabulous experience! The facility is very clean and the staff is awesome and very welcoming! Amy is AMAZING ♥️The next day I had much more energy and fewer body aches!! I hope to make this a habit!! I love this place♥️
