Mid-State Oral Surgery & Implant Center

I took my daughter to Mid-state Oral Surgery for a tooth extraction. The office staff and clinicians (Katie, Kennedy, and Tonia) were so kind and helpful. The wait time was short, and they gave us a thorough rundown of the procedure. Dr. Cook was professional, gentle and attentive to her needs, he helped her be at ease by talking her through what to expect. I highly recommend Dr. Cook if you need any oral surgery!

Mid-State Oral Surgery team was great. Had to be put under to have a tooth extracted. Every person I dealt with was kind, attentive, informative, and very thorough in answering any questions I had. Yesterday’s procedure went smoothly and I feel so good today that I don’t even need to take the extra pain medication. They called today as a follow up just to see how I am feeling/healing. I will be needing another procedure later in the year and plan to have it done at Mid-State Oral Surgery.

I was at Mid-State Oral Surgery to have a tooth extracted. Everyone was so kind, Markus took me back, did x-rays, vital signs & explained their usual procedure. Then, Dr. Cook came in, he went over my medical history, ask some questions, examined my mouth & agreed to perform the extraction without sedation. He & Markus worked as a team to prep my mouth, Dr.Cook pulled my tooth in less than a minute! It was completely painless! I am so grateful to the entire office for their knowledge, kindness & ability! I would definitely go back if I needed further help. I have recommended this office & Dr. Cook to two of my friends!

All together a great experience. I had an increasingly painful situation with a molar that needed immediate attention. Dr. Duckworth and his staff were extremely helpful and resolved my issue with complete professionalism. I highly recommend.

Dr. Duckworth was absolutely brilliant and made me feel very at ease from the start. He was able to work with my insurance (unlike my previous oral surgeon) and took the time to explain the entire process clearly. I needed a biopsy and screening, and the care and dignity I was treated with were top-notch. My stitches healed within a week, and I was given all the prescriptions I needed. Dr. Duckworth also created a treatment plan that took my preexisting conditions into account and made sure I fully understood what to expect. It was my first time ever being put under anesthesia, and it turned out to be a surprisingly smooth experience — I was in and out in no time. I’ll definitely be returning to Dr. Duckworth for any future work.
